MLEI is seeking a Submissions & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing national team. This role is integral in driving the preparation of high-quality submissions and proposals, while also assisting with marketing initiatives that showcase our expertise and support our market presence.

Working closely with technical teams, you’ll coordinate and deliver compelling tenders and capability statements, maintain marketing materials, and help bring our brand to life across digital platforms and industry events. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator with a flair for writing and design, looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Submissions & Proposals

Prepare and coordinate tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements

Maintain and update submission templates, CVs, and project profiles

Collaborate with technical teams to gather and present project information

2. Marketing & Brand

Manage social media accounts and coordinate content to showcase our projects and people

Update and maintain website content and marketing collateral

Assist with sponsorships, events, and industry networking opportunities

Support internal and external communications, including newsletters and campaigns

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail, with excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly regarded)

Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in submissions, proposals, or marketing (professional services experience preferred but not essential)

A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
