Build on your professional skills and experience within our Commercial Property Management team.
This role blends finance management, maintenance coordination, and key administrative functions that contribute to successful property management.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for property management challenges.
Perform general finance tasks, including arrears management and payment processing.
Maintain accurate document control, ensuring all records are organised and up to date.
Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, including both immediate repairs and long-term upkeep.
Liaise professionally with clients, addressing enquiries and providing support.
Selection Criteria:
Passion for client satisfaction.
A confident and proactive attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in administration or finance (preferred but not essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook and Word.
Communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
