We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Lease Administrator to support our Leasing Executives and General Manager in managing the end-to-end lease administration process. This is a key role within our property team, focused on enhancing our leasing operations and ensuring all property documentation and systems are accurate, timely, and compliant.

About the Role As Lease Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing lease documentation, coordinating tenant processes, and maintaining Peregrine’s property management database. Your role is vital in supporting a culture of operational excellence, with a focus on customer experience and internal efficiency.
You’ll work closely with the Leasing team, Facilities Manager, external agents, and signage contractors to ensure smooth lease execution and property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Peregrine’s property management software and lease databases
  • Prepare and execute new leases and renewals
  • Hold and track tenant documentation, including bank guarantees and insurance certificates
  • Manage rental arrears and track lease violations
  • Ensure timely implementation of rent reviews
  • Generate monthly tenancy and financial reports
  • Conduct routine property inspections and monitor compliance with lease terms
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the Facilities Manager
  • Maintain marketing collateral and commercial property listings
  • Liaise with external managing agents and signage contractors for leasing campaigns
  • Organise the installation of “For Lease” signage as required
  • Provide general administrative support to Leasing Executives and the General Manager
  • Refine document management systems and handle high-level document preparation as needed
  • Support the execution of projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to a culture that is customer-focused, sales-driven, and aligned with our brand values

  • Lease documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Property and financial databases are consistently updated and error-free
  • Invoices are processed and paid within expected timeframes
  • Tenancy reports and lease schedules are delivered with precision and on time
  • Projects and team contributions are completed effectively
