We are seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to assist our high end tenants and and Landlord's through the Leasing process. Customer experience is paramount and we pride ourselves on delivering 6 Star service to all our clients.

Core duties

Conducting world class open homes

Manage a pipeline of prospective tenants, communicating multiple times per week

Managing enquires and delegating to relevant areas of business

Check and oversee the processing of all tenancy applications with 24 hours upon receiving them, liaise with the appropriate Property Manager or New Client Consultant for review and approval

Preparing and overseeing a 6 star tenancy onboarding process

Assisting with entry condition reports if required

Communicating with the all areas of the business to keep all parties informed at all times at the status of each property and interest levels

Negotiating high end deals

What we're looking for:

1+ years experience in Leasing or the real estate industry.

Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Keen attention to detail in work, presentation, and personal standards.

Accountability for results and commitment to achieving KPIs.

Proactive with high attention to detail.

Excellent organization and management skills.

Must have a current QLD real estate registration certificate and a valid driver's license.
