The Role

We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Leasing Consultant to support a well-established property management team. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the rental portfolio runs smoothly—handling inspections, tenant enquiries, and providing daily support across the team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Conduct open homes and private inspections

Manage tenant enquiries and application follow-up

Schedule inspections and issue entry notices

Coordinate key handovers and database updates

Support the Property Managers with day-to-day tasks

About You:

6–12 months of experience in real estate or leasing

Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

A can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
