The Role:

You will be a part of this great Property Management Department as an important part of the team. The role will involve both in and out-of-office tasks, requiring this person to be efficient, organised and work well autonomously. Training and support provided to ensure you are successful and happy in the role.

Main responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and inspections by appointment
• Routine inspections
• Diary Management
• Communication with Landlords and Tenants
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 3-6 months experience as a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Driver's License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
