Our client is a well respected Real Estate agency in Brisbane who are looking for a reliable and driven Leasing Consultant to join their team.

The Role:

• Conduct open homes for inspections and private appointments
• Organise keys for rental properties
• Process tenancy applications and service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to all inquiries
• Liaise with the Property Managers to approve applications
• Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
• Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
• Managing rental enquiries via email & phone

About You:

• 6–12 months experience in a similar position
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with excellent time management
