We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant with exposure to Property Management who is ready to take the next step in their real estate journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing enquiries and booking in property inspections
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation
• Liaising with prospective and current tenants
• Supporting the Property Manager with leasing administration tasks
• Conducting ingoing condition reports (with training provided if needed)
• Ensuring properties are presented professionally and marketed effectively
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience in leasing or property management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence (company car will be provided)
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• A can-do attitude and team spirit!
