The role:

• Handle phone and email enquiries
• Schedule and manage open homes using IRE
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
• Process rental applications via IRE
• Prepare lease agreements using Realworks
• Set up new tenancies in PropertyMe
• Collaborate with the team on a daily basis

What you will have:

• Near 1+ years of previous experience in Real Estate
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Valid driver's license
• A want to learn and grow in Real Estate
