Our client, a Federal Government Organisation who provide housing and related services to Defence members and their families, are Seeking the experience of a Senior Program Scheduler to manage complex, multi-project schedules, optimise resource allocation, and support successful program delivery through strategic planning and analysis.

Duties of the Senior Program Scheduler

• Collaborate with the program manager and project managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively;
• Formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual work flow for the overall work programs;
• Identify potential gaps or obstacles that may compromise the success of projects, trouble shoot and present appropriate strategies to overcome these obstacles;
• Perform resource related analysis and generate insights and recommendations to address risks and issues regarding resource over-allocation and/or under-utilisation.
