About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Customer Service & Sales Specialist that will be an integral part of our Temporary Fencing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to project completion and follow-up.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding and fulfilling client needs.

Prepare accurate quotes and review booking requirements to determine fencing quantities and costs.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving concerns promptly.

Work with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and removal of fencing.

Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.

About You:

Proven experience in client relationship management and/or sales, ideally within the hire, construction, or related industries.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on timely, practical solutions.

Commitment to safety and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Current driver’s licence.
