The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about connecting people with innovative solutions and fostering genuine relationships? We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our Alexandria team. This pivotal role blends sales acumen with exceptional customer care, focusing on guiding customers through the journey of discovering their ideal eBike solution. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly in-store, actively listen to their needs, and articulate the unique values and benefits of Lug+Carrie eBikes and subscription options to help them make a "Good Move."

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively participating in and representing Lug+Carrie at community and in-person events to expand our reach.

Sales Process Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and consultation through to closing the sale and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our diverse product offerings and stay abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Reporting & Administration: Contribute to sales reporting and analysis, and efficiently manage administrative tasks and internal systems with meticulous attention to detail.

About You:

You are a results-oriented individual with a genuine passion for customer service and sales, eager to contribute to a mission-driven company. Your profile includes:

Experience: A minimum of 18 months of proven success in a combined sales and customer service role.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, effectively interacting with diverse customers and team members.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, with the capacity to contribute to sales tool development and team training.

Organisational Prowess: Excellent organisational skills, with a systematic and timely approach to managing tasks and workflows.

Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and proven ability to thrive in a team environment, while also being capable of working independently and following established procedures.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the Google Suite.

Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift at least 25kg (using proper lifting techniques) and confidently ride a bicycle.

Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday. Part-time applicants also welcome to apply.
