Key Responsibilities
Triage inbound calls/emails from clients, insurers, and trades
Book and coordinate trades for storm, fire, flood, and routine claims
Manage building repair projects end-to-end—from first call to final invoice
Track/record project expenses using Xero and Prime
Assist with estimating, reporting, and compliance
Collaborate closely with Office Admin, Area Managers, and Director
What Success Looks Like
By Month 3: Fully autonomous—confidently managing your workflow and projects.
By Month 6: Leading onboarding for new coordinators and supporting further expansion.
Skills & Experience
Prior construction or insurance project coordination (preferred)
Strong admin, computer literacy, and coordination capability
Proficient with software: Prime eco ecosystem, Xero, Apple iOS/macOS
Extroverted, resilient personality with a positive, people-first attitude
Able to maintain calm under pressure and manage emotionally charged situations
