Jayco Bundaberg is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales & Accessories Assistant. This position is Monday to Friday and will include two half day Saturdays per month.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

As a showroom Retail Sales Assistant, your main role will be to ensure all our customers receive great customer service upon entering the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing of the showroom

Greet and interact with customers as they enter the showroom

Assist customers with finding the correct parts and accessories to suit their Rv

Unpacking deliveries, barcoding stock and replenishing the shelves

Maintaining the store’s appearance both inside and outside to a high standard

Daily cleaning in the showroom

Answering phones and replying to emails

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Great communication and people skills

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Passion for caravanning, travel, or outdoor lifestyle

Current drivers licence
