About the Role You’ll work alongside an industry leader in a supportive, fast-paced, and high-energy environment. From prospecting and listing preparation to buyer management and campaign execution, you’ll be involved in every step of the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead agent across the full sales process
• Manage buyer enquiries and conduct follow-ups with professionalism
• Assist with appraisals, open homes, private inspections, and campaign preparation
• Coordinate marketing materials and attend property photo shoots
• Handle prospecting activities including letterbox drops, door knocking, and call-outs
• Keep the CRM/database updated and accurate
• Represent the team at auctions and open-for-inspections
• Work Monday to Saturday with one rostered weekday off

About You

• 12–24 months’ experience in a sales or associate real estate role
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong attention to detail and confidence in dealing with clients
