Our client is a well-established and successful importer and distributor of industrial equipment for the construction, manufacturing and entertainment industries. They are seeking a proactive, motivated and mechcanially minded person to join and support their small dynamic Sales Team.

You will be providing a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships and selling products to re-sellers and agents across Australia and NZ.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all general phone and website enquiries
• Providing product information
• Preparing and following up quotes
• Fulfilling sales orders
• Liaising with warehouse team
• Updating and management of database
• Escalating any complex issues

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude—whether from hands-on experience, trade background, or technical studies
• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or technical support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Competent computer skills and previous experience with an online sales CRM
• Top interpersonal skills

This is a full-time office-based position Monday to Friday, located at Revesby (parking provided). The salary guide is up to $85,000 + Super (dependent on experience).
