Renowned for their commitment to service excellence and innovative portfolio management strategies, this organisation is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into a key temporary role based in their Parramatta CBD office.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the property management team, you will be entrusted with end-to-end portfolio oversight and stakeholder engagement, including:

• End-to-end management of a large residential portfolio
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt and professional communication
• Overseeing maintenance coordination and workflow management
• Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
• Providing timely landlord feedback following inspections and application processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support long-term retention and satisfaction
• Mentoring junior support staff and ensuring compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused property management professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a property management role
• Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements in NSW residential property management
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Property Tree experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
• A customer-first mindset with a strategic approach to conflict resolution and portfolio optimisation
• Current Property Management Registration (NSW)
