We’re seeking a dedicated Temporary Tenancy Manager to support a busy housing service in the Western Sydney region.

About the Role:
In this fast-paced temporary assignment, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenants receive high-quality support and housing services. The role requires immediate availability and strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and property management practices or experiene working in case management in a similar role woth an undersranding of housing support issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of social and community housing properties
• Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and maintenance follow-up
• Build strong relationships with tenants and external stakeholders
• Monitor rental arrears and manage tenancy disputes
• Support tenant well-being and sustainment through proactive case management

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in tenancy management/property management or case management
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW)
• A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
