About the role
As the MAC Manager, you will lead and support the facilities team in delivering tactical office services across the ANZ region. This role focuses on managing moves and changes, seating and locker arrangements, asset tracking, and workplace change initiatives aligned with agile workplace programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relocation processes, including vendor coordination, quotations, and on-site support.
• Oversee seating and locker management for new hires, transfers, and exits, including data reporting and space audits.
• Manage asset inventory and lifecycle of office furniture, including registration and disposal in Corrigo.
• Develop and implement change management plans to support agile workplace adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and post-move engagement.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or property management, or strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of local health and occupational safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
