The Role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties
• Organise repairs, maintenance, and quotes
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and budgets for AGMs
• Lead meetings with Owners and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in Body Corporate management ideally
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Solid understanding of the BCCM Act
• Excellent time management
