The Role

• Manageable portfolio, all local properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing entries and exits
• Managing arrears
• Repairs & maintenance
• Leasing & application processing
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• PropertyME software
• QCAT and insurance claims when required

The Successful Candidate:

• 12+ months of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Valid driver's license
