your role
As Property Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of a major retail asset. Leading a small team, you’ll ensure seamless lease administration, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing lease compliance, tenant billing and reconciliations
• Managing arrears collection and tenancy schedules
• Leading and developing the Property Administration team
• Supporting budget preparation and financial reporting
• Driving compliance, risk management and audit requirements
• Building strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Proven experience in property administration, ideally within retail or commercial property OR residential real estate administration
• Strong background in managing arrears
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
