With the agency’s project management maturity still developing, your expertise, particularly experience in central PMO functions, will be highly valued. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering, organising, and analysing project and change management data
- Developing clear, accurate reports and recommendations on portfolio and change performance
- Supporting assurance reviews and capability-building initiatives to enhance project outcomes
- Assisting with portfolio prioritisation and change impact assessments
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of project and change management tools and methodologies
The Ideal Person
You bring strong experience in project, program, portfolio, or change management, paired with excellent analytical and communication skills.
You are detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Your collaborative approach and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to work productively across teams and disciplines.
You will have:
- A solid understanding of project, program, portfolio or change management principles and practices
- Proven data management and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences
- The ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a virtual team across multiple locations
- A high degree of personal accountability and adaptability
