The job entails cleaning of residential Apartments and assisting the building manager with small maintenance jobs when required, we are only looking for someone who has a keen interest in the cleaning industry and who wants to learn about building works and management, with commitment and dedication to their job.

Is this you?

Have experience in commercial cleaning, at least 3 years.

Be well presented.

Not afraid of getting your hands dirty.

Be honest and reliable.

Able to multitask and be organized.

Be able to problem solve.

Have attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure.

Able to work unsupervised.

Must be able to smile and communicate with others and residents.

Someone that wants to learn about all building procedures and maintenance work around all areas of the building including gardening with training.

Someone that don’t take many days off through the year and is very reliable.

Someone that’s on time for work and finishes on time when your workday is over.

Someone that listens and can take the tasks given.
