About the role

We are seeking a Casual Sales Person to join the team at Sapphire Wood Pty Ltd in Canberra, ACT. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Restock and replenish merchandise as needed

Provide recommendations and advice to customers on products and services

Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including very Friday and Saturday.
