Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Generation:

Build and nurture a strong network of referral partners, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, property inspectors, and property managers

Actively nurture relationships to generate ongoing client referrals

Complete outbound calls & prospect existing leads into client engagement meetings

Assist Senior Buyers Agents with meetings and follow-up communications

Acquisition Management:

Guide clients expertly through all aspects of the property acquisition journey

Source, evaluate, and shortlist on-market and off-market properties for clients

Conduct inspections, create video reports, and provide expert property commentary

Support market insights and advice through due diligence and CMA reporting

Oversee the coordination of other industry professionals in the client's property team to ensure a smooth transaction i.e. conveyancers, building and pest inspectors

Communicate regularly and effectively with clients throughout their journey

Keep detailed notes inside our CRM for each client

Negotiation and Settlement:

Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure optimal property outcomes

Manage the exchange and settlement process & beyond, ensuring seamless communication between all parties

About You:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry (Sales or Buyers Agency)

· Current Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate License

· Strong communication skills and a passion for real estate

· Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and the Microsoft suite

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

· Ability and a means to travel
