About the company
Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a diversified investment and fund manager who is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a national portfolio. You will receive reward and recognition in a values-driven culture, based in their state-of-the-art CBD office.

About the role
Working in a collaborative team, you will work within the Funds Management team and work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Property Managers to provide operational and technical advice to ensure a high quality of services to maximise the portfolio performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver capital works programs, make goods, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the portfolio's compliance.
  • Ensure WHS and ESM compliance and minimise risk.
  • Refine contractor management processes and manage relationships.
  • Prepare annual budgets, including accruals.
  • Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide positive outcomes for tenants.
  • Work collaboratively with Property Managers.

About you
To ensure your success, this position requires:

  • Facilities Management experience is essential.
  • Understand Property Management requirements.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a team environment.
  • Interstate travel is required.
