This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as their next Operations Manager, where you’ll drive store performance, fuel franchise growth and lead strategic expansion across both company-operated and franchised locations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee operations across 17 stores across Melbourne, ensuring compliance and strong performance
• Lead franchise development including recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support
• Manage delivery platforms and POS systems to optimise store efficiency
• Drive business growth through new initiatives, menu development and supplier management
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, budgeting and expansion

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of senior operations or multi-site leadership experience, ideally within hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
• Excellent commercial acumen, budgeting and stakeholder management skills
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor Certifications
