Our client is a well-established supplier in the steel reinforcement sector, providing quality products and services to the construction industry. With a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, they are now seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Geelong operation.

Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business, and driving growth through strong leadership and operational management. This role will manage a team of six direct reports, covering sales, operations, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, production, and distribution.

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the branch team to ensure high performance.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet customer requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, taking action to achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer service.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Branch Manager within the steel reinforcement or wider steel industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Solid understanding of steel reinforcement products and their application in construction.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Salary and Benefits

Base $110k-$130k | 12% Super | Company Car | Bonus
