The Role

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced Integrated Planner to shape how planning is delivered across our projects. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and embedding planning processes, procedures, and tools that ensure seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site operations. Working from our Bibra Lake office, you’ll take ownership of the planning function — integrating schedules across multiple concurrent projects, championing best practice, and ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent project controls.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated schedules from tender through to commissioning

Facilitate collaborative planning sessions across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site operations

Establish and embed standardised planning processes, templates, and reporting tools

Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and develop recovery strategies

Provide regular, insightful schedule and performance reports for stakeholders

Support bid/tender processes with preliminary and competitive schedules

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ planning experience in an EPC environment

Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Excel

Proven ability to lead and influence planning practices across teams

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal

Advanced excel and data analysis/reporting skills

Familiarity with project delivery frameworks such as PMBOK, AACE, or Prince2

Experience on both EPC and brownfield/shutdown project highly regarded

Project management certification desirable (PMP, PMI‑SP, etc.)
