Lead the team building the digital backbone of energy innovation.

As our Applications and Integration Manager, you’ll lead a talented team at the center of our digital transformation, making sure the systems behind the scenes are smarter, faster, and built to scale.

This is your chance to run the engine room of digital delivery — championing cutting-edge platforms, scalable integrations, and reusable capabilities that let our product teams deliver game-changing energy solutions.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of developers, solution leads, testers and support specialists — working together to modernize our platforms, embed DevOps practices, automate everything, and keep things running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Platform Leadership: Drive the strategy and delivery of secure, scalable, and reusable application and integration services.

• Delivery Excellence: Enable faster solution delivery by embedding DevOps, automation, and continuous improvements.

• Operational Integrity: Lead the performance, resilience and quality assurance of business and integration platforms and applications - from commercial off-the-shelf to SaaS and bespoke.

• Risk & Financial Stewardship: Guide investment decisions and manage total cost of ownership across the application and integration portfolio.

• Team Empowerment: Lead a high-performing team of solution leads, developers, testers, and support specialists.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business and manage vendor partnerships to deliver value.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in leading applications, integration and testing teams with a passion for delivery.

• Experienced in COTS, PaaS, SaaS, bespoke applications, testing and integration platforms.

• Solid understanding and demonstrated experience applying DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery — Scrum, Kanban etc.

• A knack for building scalable systems and driving continuous improvement.

• Strong commercial acumen — you know how to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and get great results.

• A love for collaboration and innovation, and the confidence to lead in a fast-paced digital environment.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.

• Experience in the energy and utilities sector is a plus.
