The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner / Scheduler with 6+ years’ industry experience to join our Perth-based team. This is a pivotal role supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of various projects and working on key tenders. You will bring leadership, strategic foresight, and deep technical planning skills to support our projects through all phases of delivery

The Role

• Senior Project Planner / Scheduler
• Permanent, Full-Time position | Immediate Start
• Monday-Friday, 50hrs per week | Belmont Office
• Experience working on major projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Conduct critical path analysis, delay impact assessments, and earned value reporting
• Work closely with delivery, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure accurate integration of scope and schedule
• Lead planning input into tender submissions and assist in construction methodology development
• Support EOT and delay claims with forensic analysis and structured reporting
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to the maturity of planning processes across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within construction, energy, or infrastructure, preferably in the electrical sector
• Expert user of Primavera P6 (essential), with strong MS Project and Excel skills
• Proven track record delivering detailed programs in D&C contract environments
• Deep understanding of sequencing, productivity, float, and construction methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
