At House of Pharmacy, beauty, wellness and everyday care collide in a way that feels fresh, fun and anything but boring. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, confident and hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to own our digital voice and manage all social content output in line with our broader marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the Social Calendar: Take full ownership of our social media content calendar, ensuring all output aligns with the marketing calendar and campaign plans set by the Retail and Marketing teams.
· Social Strategy & Execution: Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat, keeping everything on-brand and on-message.
· Content Creation: Capture, edit, and produce engaging video and photo content for campaigns and everyday storytelling, and work with external videographers where needed to elevate production.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Retail team, graphic designers and web team to deliver cohesive, campaign-aligned content.
· Manage External Creators: Source, brief, and manage external content creators, influencers and production talent (e.g. videographers) to support campaign goals and boost reach.
· Community Management: Keep our community active and engaged by responding to DMs, comments and sparking authentic conversation.
· Trend & Compliance Monitoring: Stay on top of social trends in pharmacy, beauty and wellness, while ensuring content remains relevant and compliant.
What You’ll Bring
· 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven success in growing and managing social channels.
· A strong portfolio showcasing your creative direction, campaign execution and content creation.
· Hands-on experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools for both design and video editing.
· Clear examples of performance-based social growth – show us what you’ve done and what you’re proud of.
· Strong analytical skills to read data and adjust content strategies accordingly.
· A self-starter attitude with the confidence to lead, test, and iterate.
Location: Silverwater (primary) + occasional travel to Double Bay store (own transport required)
Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM to start, with potential to transition to full-time.
Note: This is an in-office role, working closely with the Retail team.
