Our United Foods Co NSW PL' is seeking a motivated and Hands on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee Daily Operations @ our dynamic FMCG warehouse our Campbellfield, 3061. This full-time position is a pivotal leadership role and will involve a diverse range of responsibilities in our fast-paced warehousing and distribution operations. You will Manage a Team of 5 and be directly responsible for driving performance, Leading from the Front and stepping in to pick, pack ,receive or dispatch when required

What you'll be doing

· Overseeing - Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods and materials

· Overseeing the Picking, packing, and dispatching of orders accurately and efficiently

· Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively

· Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-maintained warehouse environment, including disposal of boxes and rubbish.

· Conduct inventory management and cycle counts

· Review warehouse layout and optimise space utilisation

· Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless warehouse operations

· Following all health, safety, and quality protocols to the highest standard

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in a warehouse leadership , logistics, or similar role and a hands on practical approach

· Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment

· Ability to lift cartons up to 20kg , physically fit and able.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

· Good communication and teamwork skills and problem solving skills

· Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

· Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
