Warehouse/ Dispatch Co-ordinator:

Pick packing wholesale orders;

Dispatch of wholesale orders within a timely manner;

Communicating with production team on inventory & par levels to full-fill packing slips;

Carrying out stock take of coolroom & warehouse;

Ensuring all stock is recorded within our inventory software system (MYOB);

Operation of fork lift loading and unloading;

Taking receipt & acceptance of deliveries;

Prepare delivery labels, orders/ boxes are labelled correctly;

Ensure coolroom, warehouse & dock area is well maintained, cleaned & tidy;

Support production team as needed with process and production work;

Follow correct HACCP procedures;

Safe practice of workplace safety procedures;

Maintain hygiene standards within coolroom, warehouse & dock areas;

Ensure stock rotation is monitored correctly;

Ensure products are stored correctly in line with correct procedure within the warehouse & coolroom;

Ensure fork lift, pallet jack & walker are in good repair and charging overnight;

Hours Monday to Friday 6am till 2:30pm &/ or 8am till 4:30pm
