Hourly rate: $28.0975 to $29.5763 per hour plus 12% Superannuation

About the role
People & Culture are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the team in the key role of Receptionist. The People and Culture Receptionist is the first point of contact, for employees, managers and visitors to provide direct assistance or refer to the appropriate contact within the People and Culture Department.
In addition to providing traditional front desk reception duties, this role will provide administrative support to the People and Culture Manager and broader department as required. This includes various new employee on-boarding processes to assist with the set up and induction of new employees, assisting the Administration Officer as required and providing leave cover for meal breaks, ADOs and planned and unplanned leave and other duties and as required within skills, knowledge and experience.

Ideally our preferred candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:

Highly developed interpersonal skills and an evidence-based teamwork approach, including the ability to interact with a broad range of people within a sensitive and highly confidential environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Proven competence in Office Suite and database management
High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present accurate and comprehensive reports
Demonstrated experience in and commitment to continuous quality improvement
Knowledge of Human Resource Management practices is desirable
