About the Role:

This is a dual role with reception as the primary focus and dental assisting as needed (with full training provided). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and managing their appointments

Answering phones and handling email enquiries

Managing patient records and processing payments

Supporting infection control and sterilisation protocols

Assisting chairside during dental procedures (with training)

Maintaining a calm and organised front office environment

You don’t need previous dental experience—just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
