Your Role:
As our People & Culture Lead, you’ll own and lead the end-to-end people experience at Fizz Kidz. From recruitment to culture-building, training to performance support- you’ll play a key role in creating a people-first workplace where our team can truly thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across all studios and departments
• Design and deliver meaningful induction and training experiences
• Build and nurture our culture across teams, locations and roles
• Support team development, wellbeing, and communication
• Manage performance and feedback systems (with empathy and clarity)
• Partner with studio managers and franchisees to ensure alignment and consistency
• Organise team connection moments, workshops and engagement initiatives
About You:
• You bring 2+ years experience in HR, people ops, or team leadership & training
•You have hands-on facilitation experience and the skills to train staff in building a stronger, more confident facilitation presence.
• You’re confident, kind and proactive, with strong communication skills
• You understand the needs of a casual, Gen Z-heavy team
• You love creating fun, supportive and inclusive environments
• You’re organised, values-led and can work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Bonus points: experience in hospitality, education, creative industries or franchising
