About the role:
This Part Time (0.6) 12 month maxium term contract role will provide specialist People and Culture expertise in support of People and Culture policies, practices, processes and systems to deliver across key functions and services and meet compliance requirements.This role involves policy review, consultation, development and implementation.
A key component of the role includes development and execution of effective communication strategies to ensure policies, procedures and changes are understood, embraced, and implemented across the organisation.
Required skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have significant experience in the development, review and implementation of HR policies, processes and practices. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful experience in contemporary HR practice aligned to strategic objectives.
A working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industrial instruments and their interface and application to HR policy will see you be successful in this role. Key to the position is the ability to work independently, influencing and negotiating with leaders and employees at all levels to achieve organisational outcomes.
