Dental Receptionist – Full Time / Part Time

Are you a people-person with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for delivering memorable patient experiences? We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our clinic and play a pivotal role in our growing team.

About the Role

First point of contact for all patients – greeting, check-in/out, phone and email enquiries

Appointment scheduling and daily front-desk operations

Managing patient accounts, payments, and health fund claims

Assisting in HICAPS quotes and patient health fund enquires

Supporting clinical staff to ensure a seamless flow of the day

About You

Previous experience as a dental receptionist is essential with a minimum of 1 + years at front desk

Practice management software (required)

Strong understanding of dental treatments, terminology and workflows

Warm, professional communication style with a genuine love for patient care

Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, using sound judgement and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment

Full Australian working rights required

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Demonstrated experience with HICAPS claiming and processing

Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential
