Role Overview:

This hands-on role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing a range of business functions including HR, IR, IT, OHS, finance, facilities management, compliance, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate various operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations, including Finance, HR, IT, facilities, and compliance, while supporting the organization's mission.

Work closely with the CEO, Business Unit Managers, and Business Services Team.

Manage the recruitment of staff as requested by the Business Unit Managers, including shortlisting and arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Take responsibility for the policies, procedures, and forms used by the organization to ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date with relevant legislation.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Management Plan for the organization and present to the board annually.

Qualifications:

A Degree level qualification in Business with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, or a Diploma level qualification in Business with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, working in the not for profit, customer service, childcare, NDIS, or mental health sectors.

Current WA Motor Vehicle Licence.

Working With Children Card and relevant police clearances.
