About the Role As a Service Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of electrical maintenance and service works across a growing portfolio. From quoting and procurement to team leadership and financial oversight, this is a hands-on role for a motivated professional ready to lead and grow.
Perfect for an experienced Electrical Service Manager, ex-business owner, or Electrician with solid background in estimating, project coordination, and service team management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate routine/reactive maintenance, quoted works, and projects
• Oversee and support a team of up to 10 field technicians
• Handle quoting, estimating, and tender preparation for service works
• Work closely with management on client relationships and seamless service delivery
• Ensure compliance and documentation across HSEQ, SWMS, and reporting standards
• Manage subcontractors, budgets, procurement, and project scheduling
• Use client and internal work management systems efficiently
• Maintain stock levels and contract information
• Deliver high-quality service in line with company procedures
