🧰 Your Mission
You’ll take the reins of our service operations, managing a close-knit team of electricians and apprentices. This hands-on leadership role places you at the heart of our business — from overseeing jobs and quoting to procurement and client engagement. You’ll drive excellence in every detail while helping to build a strong, positive team culture.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Scheduling
Coordinate day-to-day work for our small but dynamic team of electricians and apprentices
Oversee job progress and ensure on-time delivery
Be a hands-on leader — mentor, coach, and guide your team
Client Relationships & Quoting
Prepare sharp, competitive quotes across residential, commercial, and light industrial sectors
Build strong relationships with clients through professional advice and site visits
Be the go-to for clients who value quality and clear communication
Procurement & Workflow Efficiency
Manage ordering and inventory of parts and materials
Liaise with trusted suppliers to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations
Standards & Compliance
Uphold and enforce Australian electrical standards and safety practices
Set the bar for workmanship, compliance, and documentation
Lead by example in quality assurance and WHS policy adherence
📚 Qualifications & Skills
WA Electrical Licence – Fully qualified Electrician
2+ years in a service or operations management role
Excellent knowledge of the WA electrical industry and compliance standards
Strong communication, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
Tech-savvy with SimPRO, ServiceM8, or similar job software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
WA driver’s licence
Self-Motivation: High levels of initiative and drive.
