$96,824 – $99,709 per annum + salary packaging

Amity Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative Service Manager – Community Allied Health Services to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our multidisciplinary community health services in the Great Southern region.

About the Role
This is a key leadership position overseeing the effective operation of our community-based multidisciplinary allied health clinics.
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead and support a team of allied health professionals, ensuring high standards of clinical care and professional practice.
Champion a culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive service environment.
Partner with the administration team to support coordination, scheduling, and the client journey.
Manage operational processes, finances, and reporting to ensure quality, sustainability and alignment with Amity Health's strategic goals.
Based at our Collie Street office in Albany, this full-time role is ideal for someone with strong operational leadership experience who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Still interested, this is what you’ll need (Selection Criteria):
Essentials:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership, practice management, or operational role within allied health or community services.
Tertiary qualifications in health administration, leadership, or business management.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on accountability, collaboration and positive workplace culture.
Experience in a client-facing setting with a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care.
Strong operational and problem-solving skills, including systems thinking and workflow design.
Financial literacy with experience in budgeting, invoicing, and service reporting; and
High-level communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first, values-aligned approach.
This would also be advantageous:
Knowledge of community health, NDIS, or rural/remote healthcare models.
Experience working in a regional or not-for-profit context.
Familiarity with digital systems commonly used in allied health or primary care.
