Brent Draper, Winner of MasterChef Australia 2023 has recently brought a little slice of Melbourne's incredible food and coffee culture to his new ‘hometown’… Yeppoon!

After falling in love with Yeppoon last year, Brent decided to make the move and in March 2025 he opened his very first venue, Drapes Deli, in the heart of town.

Drapes Deli isn't ‘just another cafe’, it's a place where Brent combines his passion for creating DELICIOUS food from the heart with incredible coffee and a warm welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in the doors.

🔥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're looking to fill two different roles at Drapes Deli!

1) An experienced, energetic & dedicated Cafe Manager!

We’re really excited to bring this new person into this newly created role to assist us in keeping the train on the tracks. After 5 months of operation we now know what and who we need and we're ready to bring 'em in!

Minimum 5+ years experience in hospitality - must have strong Barista & Front of House experience

Must have experience in successfully leading a team in hospitality

Drapes Deli is a fun, busy and exciting place to work. We pump out a serious amount of sangas from our teeny tiny kitchen everyday which we’re really proud of. Our iced-drinks are epic, our coffee is perfection and our 5 star Google rating tells us that Yeppoon absolutely love what we do!

We have an incredible team who love working with us everyday and we’re now at the stage where we’re ready to level up and bring an experienced Cafe Manager onboard to oversee our day to day operations. Our opening hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm, Wednesday to Sunday.

2) We also need a casual/part-time Barista who shares our passion for creating unforgettable coffees and experiences for our customers.
