We are a new café scheduled to open in late August to early September in the heart of Kallangur.

This is a full-time role based in Kallangur, operating Monday to Friday.

As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant and bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and financial performance.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting

Lead and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities

Ensure the highest standards of customer service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons

Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety regulations

Create a positive team culture, promoting a shared sense of purpose and pride in our cafe

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a cafe management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry

Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
