About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to our Café Manager, helping lead a tight-knit team and maintain a high-performing, smooth-running café.

Your focus will be on:

Ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly

Leading by example on the floor with energy and precision

Supporting staff development and accountability

Upholding exceptional customer experiences

Maintaining our high coffee and food presentation standards

What You Bring

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

A knack for customer service and attention to detail

Leadership experience (formal or informal) and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee space

Food safety knowledge a plus

Coffee experience is not essential – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
