About the role:

Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Conduct guest arrivals and departures with professionalism and warmth

Oversee daily tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Support end-of-month reporting

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly

Share in co-caretaking responsibilities to help maintain our beautiful resort

Qualifications

Previous front office supervisory experience (hotel/resort preferred)

Strong background in customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Professional presentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work weekends if required
