Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs

Managing reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries

Providing local knowledge and outstanding customer service

Completing daily front office administrative tasks

Ensuring the reception area is clean, welcoming, and professional

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role (preferred but not required)

Ability to work independently and in a team

Available to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

Housekeepers

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and apartments to a high standard

Restocking amenities and maintaining cleanliness in public areas

Reporting maintenance issues to management

Working efficiently as part of a housekeeping team

Ideal Candidate:

High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

Reliable and available across a flexible roster
