Our busy, well-respected specialist clinic in Robina is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced and friendly medical receptionist to join our supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming patients and providing exceptional reception services

Managing appointments and the practice diary

Handling phone calls, emails, and incoming mail

Entering and updating patient records in Practice Management Software

Processing Medicare, DVA and private billings

Scanning, linking and maintaining accurate medical records

Liaising with patients, referrers and other healthcare professionals

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a specialist clinic (highly regarded)

Knowledge of Best Practice software (desirable)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Warm, professional communication style

Reliability, initiative and the ability to work independently

Current authority to work in Australia
